Vegetarianism (according to Wikipedia) is the practice of not consuming the flesh of any animal (including sea animals) with or without also eschewing other animal derivatives, such as dairy products or eggs. Some vegetarians also choose to refrain from wearing clothing that has involved the death of animals, such as leather and fur. Veganism excludes all animal products from diet and in some definitions from attire also, whether or not the production of clothing or items has involved the actual death of an animal (dairy, eggs, honey, wool, silk, down feathers, etc.). Vegetarians have varied motivations including religious, cultural, ethical, aesthetic, environmental, social, economic, health, political, and personal concerns.
What Kind of Vegetarian Do You Want to be Anyway?
There's more than one way to be a vegetarian. The choice you make depends, of course, on your deep moral convictions, your sense of spirituality and your cosmic connection to the totality of the universe it also depends on what you like to eat and what sort of diet you're prepared to follow. But take note and be sure you will be eating the foods which contain all the needed nutrients of the body. Your body is the temple of your Holy Spirit so you must take good care as what your beliefs says. ;)
VEGAN: Vegetables, fruits and grains only. That's it, nothing that has ever had anything to do with any sort of living creature. Not even honey.
OVO-VEGETARIAN: Vegetables, fruits, grains and eggs.
LACTO-VEGETARIAN: Vegetables, fruits, grains and dairy products. This means milk, cheese, yogurt and butter.
LACTO-OVO-VEGETARIAN: Vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs and dairy products. So, basically anything except actual meat, chicken or fish.
OCCASIONAL VEGETARIAN: You might include chicken and/or fish in your diet (in addition to vegetables grains, eggs and dairy products), or simply indulge in the occasional burger without feeling too guilty about it

It's kind of funny...all these darn labels. Wouldn't you crack up if someone told you they were an occasional lacto-ovo-vegetarian?
hehehe... sort of... but I don't care about the names.... I just can't take eating red meat (beef, etc). Chicken and fish are ok. When they ask me why I don't eat beef, I simply answer.... not allowed in my religion..... But the fact is--- I can't stand the aroma (smell) jejejeje ;)
Okay wow just eat the damn meat and get it over with
