65My Favorite Hobby: Soapmaking
My favorite hobby is soapmaking. I love making handcrafted glycerin soaps using all different kinds of molds. I especialy enjoy doing it when I get an order through my website at www.kjscrafts.com, but I also enjoy just doing it for fun and making soaps for myself to use and for gifts. I like the variety of creativity I can have. I can choose what molds I want to pour in to and buy different shapes when money allows. I also love thinking of the best color/scent combinations for particular molds. Another thing I like about it is that the actual pouring time does not have to take too long and I can easily do it as a quick fun way to take a break from working at the computer for my work at home job.

That's a cool hobbie. I've made soap twice:
I made little bars of soap for a friend's baby shower favors, with a little rubber duckie suspended in them. It went over so well I wanted to try something else.
I got those little plastic bags and poured the melted glycerin soap in, and suspended a little goldfish in them, so it looked like a goldfish in a bag the way you'd buy one at the petstore. They were one of my stocking stuffers that year.
What's been really fun is going to people's houses a few years later and seeing that some people still have them displayed in their bathrooms.
