Is This A Scam Or What?

How can you gain massive muscle and strength with just 7 minutes of working out a day? Sounds like an ab workout not a total body work out. I spent countless hours in the gym toning, sculpting and strengthening my muscles and now I find out that I can do it better in just 7 minutes a day? Give me a break, how can this be? This whole thing sounds like a scam to me.

I Think This Might Work

Well, the more I thought about this the more it started to make sense to me. It's really very possible being that the basic strategies to building massive muscle is to change routines frequently and a good diet plan. In comparison, It's almost like learning, If you constantly keep reading the same thing over and over again, after a while you'll burn out and you'll learn nothing new. So I guess it does make sense. It seems like I'll just be doing a fast paced very intense burn out workout that fatigues the muscles in just 7 minutes with creative rest periods included so I can set my own pace.

He's Done It Again

Jon Benson has master minded another program called 7 minute muscle. His program is based on the research that was done back in the 50's and the 60's. In this research, Jon Benson talks about a philosopy called progressive resistance. This philosophy states that if I did very intense workouts for a shorter time span than I would've done if I were doing my regular sets, I would actually stimulate many muscle fibers which would in turn trigger massive muscle and mass gains. He also talks about how people spend way to much money on supplements. It's a known fact that most big time weight builders, use about 20 different supplements a day when in actuality all they really need is about two, which he reveals in his program.

This program consists of an E Book, 6 training videos, an option to use a either the 7 minute muscle workout for beginners, the 14 minute workout for intermediates or the 21 minute workout for all you go pro workoutaholics. It really only takes 7 minutes to perform both intervals of this workout and I have to say, I was completely exhausted when I finished the 7 minute muscle workout. I have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks now, and I am happy to say I actually gained about 6 lbs of solid muscle, also I have so much more energy now and I feel ten times stronger. This 7 minute muscle workout is incredible! I have such a rush when I finish this workout, I feel like I could lift the gym.

I really feel that 7 minute muscle is an excellent way to spark new muscle growth simply because it's different and your muscles aren't used to it. So if your willing to take a different approach, or think that there is absolutely no way you could ever workout like you did when you were 17, or your just a stay at home mom that only has time for a limited workout then I highly recommend 7 minute muscle for you.

For an excellent way of sparking new muscle growth, and finding the best way to maximize your workouts when time is of the essence Check out more of 7 minute muscle right here!

Good luck with the System!

Yes, you can build muscle in 7 minutes of working out. It all comes down to intensity, and overload. You can overload your muscles in 7 minutes with a stimulus that triggers the growth mechanism. However, make sure you get enough rest between 7 minute high intensity bouts.
