What's with all the Baby-Making movies out lately???
54How to make a baby...
Have you noticed all the movies about having kids that have come out recently?
- Knocked Up
- Juno
- Baby Mama
I mean, have we lost touch to the point that we need instructional video just to do what is supposed to come naturally...What we were made to do...???
I guess, the process has become more complicated since the days of our ancestors, so we need to learn all the new tricks...need to be re-educated about all the new bells and whistles that come along with baby-making...
Or is this really what passes for entertainment these days?
The moral of the story, kids, is: Wear a condom and/or consult a family planner...Planned Parenthood is the way to go!
(Disclaimer: Despite my sarcasm, I actually have nothing against planned parenthood)

Lemmie tell you, having a child is one AMAZING thing!
But I have no idea why there are so many baby-making videos recently...interesting observation
Seems like a good ol' fertility idol is just not good enough for people any more!

I only saw Juno and I liked it a lot. I can't explain the sudden rush of movies about having babies - maybe family is back "in"? Pretty messed up examples, they give us in movies, though!
I liked "The Family Stone" - they were messed up, but cute & funny.
And OMG! that Onion piece is oddly humorous! Where is that Indian day care center? There is this neighbor kid ... well, we'll talk about that later.
