I love to cook and am always interested in new recipes. If your like me then place your favorite recipe here, maybe someone else will like it and use it, If you like put 2 or 3 recipes.

My favorite recipe is :

Lasagna Roll ups

Basically you prepare all the regular lasagna contents,

except instead of placing it all in a pan together, you take 1 cooked noodle lay it flat, add your ricotta first (this helps everything to stick then add your cheese, sausage, hamburger, onions, etc.... on top of it, then you roll it up , using a spatula pick it up and place it in your baking pan. Next you fill the whole pan with the rollups. When your pan is full, cover the rolls with sauce (2tsps) and lots of mozzerella. oven 400 degrees 30 minutes... Viola... Very filling, different, and tasty.
