A single mother of three children was about to celebrate the birthday of her only son, by taking them to a concert. The mother is named Mia at age 45, and her children are 20 year old son named John, 19 year old daughter named Beth, and an 18 year old daughter named Lisa. They were waiting for two other teenagers to accompany them. After waiting for an hour, Mia decided it was getting too late so they left without the other two.

While riding in her car, the girls stated they had to use the restroom. Mia started searching for a place with facilities, so her girls can use the restroom. They came across an eerie place where a re-pass was in session. Mia decided, this would be as good a place as any. They entered the building and everyone was clearing out. Beth and Lisa proceeded to go to the restroom, while John ventured off exploring the building.

Mia waited in the lobby, reading the obituary of the deceased. When Mia walked over to the water fountain to get a drink, she saw a man dressed in a plain, dark suit, standing by the fountain. By the time she approached the fountain, the man disappeared without a trace.

Mia looked around and saw no sign of the man. In fact, she did not hear foot steps walking away or doors opening and closing as he exited the room. Mia contributing this incident to being tired, therefore overlooking it, so she drank from the fountain. When she noticed her children had been gone for quite some time, she looked into the bathroom where they were and saw nothing, but a reflection of the same man in a dark suit. Again, Mia gave this no thought, however, she kept searching for her children.

Mia heard the sound of a drill and screaming, so she investigated the sounds. When she entered the room from where the sounds were coming, the sounds stopped. Mia knew there was someone there, so she spoke out. She said, “I hope this isn’t my children playing games or we will not be going to the concert!” No response, so she spoke again. If there is someone holding my children, you are going to be in big trouble!” Still no response.

Mia noticed there were three doors in the room. She slowly, started opening all the doors one by one. When she got to the final door, she hesitated. She regained her composure and proceeded to open the final door.

She saw her daughter, Beth tied tightly to an embalming table with her mouth taped, but still alive. She pushed the door back as far as it could go and realized there was someone behind the door. Mia reached behind the door and grabbed her daughter Lisa. While pulling Lisa from behind the door, there was an albino woman about four feet tall holding on to Lisa with a scalpel to her throat.

Both girls were weeping, as they were frightened. Mia asked, “where is my son?!“ The woman did not answer. Mia asked again. Still no response. Mia looked around the room and saw signs of a struggle. She yelled, “I’m only going to ask you one more time, where is my son?!” Still, no answer.

Mia started beating the woman furiously. Lisa untied Beth and they grabbed their mother to leave the hideous place.

In the car, they hysterically explained to Mia that there was a man in a dark suit who talked to them, but his lips were not moving. He influenced the girls to go into that room to watch their brother, John be tortured. The girls never saw their brother, however, they knew something happened to him. Beth was restrained because she attempted to run. Lisa had a scalpel to her throat to keep her quiet. He told the girls they will not be harmed, but, he will make them part of his clan.

Mia then, knew there was something grim to the man in a dark suit. She felt as though, he was watching her while they tormented her children. She even felt that he was a dark angel, which is said to be an angel of death.

Mia frantically rushed to the police station to tell them what happened. Before the police arrived at the building, the place had changed its form, as it was then a medieval times home. The police investigated and found nothing but what they call, “antiques.”

Mia went to her mother’s home and called her pastor, Reverend Tate. Reverend Tate felt that there is something in the family’s past that they thought was over, that has come back. As the holy spirit informed the Reverend, he continued by saying, this past issue has potential to kill. God has already given your family what is needed to be victorious, which is courage and strength. God has fought that battle for you in the first round and won. He will fight this round, too. All you have to do is show up and let God do the work.

That night, Mia and her family went home. As they were worried about John, they lit religious candles, fast, and prayed the entire evening well into the next evening. This man in a black suit was at Mia’s home, in her basement. His influence over her daughters had taken effect, as he attempts to persuade them to come into the basement. They could not see this man, they could only hear his voice and feel his presence.

Beth was summoned by the dark angel to come into the basement. Beth went to Mia and informed her of the occurrence. Mia became vexed and decided to go into the basement to investigate. When she stepped outside the door leading to the basement, all she saw was total darkness. It was so dark that it was highly uncomfortable, therefore, Mia decided to wait until the morning. However, this entity in the dark basement became violently persistent.

After securing all the windows and doors, Mia witnessed her daughter, Beth being dragged towards the basement door, but could not see the culprit dragging her. Mia grabbed Beth hands and pulled her daughter away from the entity’s grip. Then Mia saw Beth acting as though she was in a trance. As she watched Beth, she saw Beth go to the basement door, unlock it, and open it. Mia yelled, “No! Beth No!” Then there was a sudden stream of air entering the home. Mia and Beth did not see anything, however, they felt a strong, uneasy presence in their home. Mia yelled to Beth, “go wake your sister, while I get the car keys. We’re leaving!”

Beth returned crying out, “Mom, I cannot find Lisa! She isn’t in the house!” Mia and Beth searched high and low for Lisa, but could not find her. Mia asked, “where was she taking a nap?” Beth replied, “in your room!” They searched again, but still could not find Lisa.

They left and went to a nearby hotel for the night. Mia was not at ease. She contacted her children’s father, Jim. Jim came in a matter of minutes only to see Beth in a state of shock and Mia weeping.

After Mia explained the ordeal, Jim was in total disbelief. He stated he would go back to the house to search for answers. Beth, returning from shock, pleaded with Jim not to go. Jim promised he will return with John and Lisa, then he left.

As Jim approached the house, he saw lights flickering and a loud unearthly sound was present. He became nervous, but continued on, as he wanted to find his children.

When Jim entered the house, there was a low pitched, duo voice told him to leave. It said, “Get out or die!” Jim replied, “I come for my children. You can have the house, but you cannot have my children!” Just then, the door slammed behind Jim and there were sounds of calamity in the house. Jim yelled out, “No! No!” Next, an uneasy silence fell upon the house.”

The following morning, Mia tried numerous times to call Jim, but did not get an answer. She frantically contacted Reverend Tate, who rushed to her aid. He, too was in disbelief. Since people were disappearing, he decided to check it out. He requested that Beth stay put, while Mia accompany him.

When they arrived at the house, it had changed its form. The house transformed into a medieval times bar. There were strange people laughing, drinking, eating, and fighting. The bartender had John’s face, the proprietor had Jim’s face, and a woman drinking had Lisa’s face. Neither of them seemed familiar with Mia or the Reverend. Mia screamed, then fainted. Reverend Tate, picked up Mia and carried her out.

As they were walking away, Reverend Tate looked back and saw the house transformed back into Mia’s home. The Reverend was to the height of being frightened, so he went back to the church to do some research.

Reverend Tate discovered that in medieval times, there was an evil presence that took over a family who resembles Mia’s family. He knew this evil was attempting to consume Mia’s family just as it did in medieval times and that faith is its destroyer.

The Reverend went back to the hotel to explain to Beth what had happened. He told Beth, “You are your family’s only hope. During medieval times an unsurpassed evil possessed a family and now its after your family. It will not stop until it has all of you. Do you have faith, my child?“ Beth hysterically replied, “I don’t know! I cannot have faith in anything after all that has happened!“

The Reverend explained to Beth how important faith is and informed her, without it, she will never see her family again. The Reverend sat her down and told her the stories from the bible about Abraham and Job who had a substantial amount of faith and what God did for them. The Reverend explained that in medieval times, Beth was the one who freed her family and now she has to fight that same fight. Only this time, all she has to do is to be present and let God do the rest.

Beth was too afraid. She kept playing the stories from the bible of Abraham and Job in her mind until it was embedded. She prayed and asked God for the strength to take a stand. Suddenly, she had faith that God can and will handle this matter.

Beth grabbed her sword and informed the Reverend, she was ready for battle. Beth went into that house like a true warrior of God, to fight the evil that tried to destroy her faith and her family.

When they entered the home, the entity attempted to intimidate Beth by sending violent winds through her home. Still, Beth stood strong and tall. Finally she spoke and said, “I am not afraid! I am a child of God and he has already given me the victory! I am a soldier in God’s army and I have my sword as a weapon, which is the word of God! In the name of Jesus, I rebuke thee! You are not welcomed in my home neither are you welcomed to me or any member of my family! I will stand until I cannot stand anymore against you, then God, Almighty will take over!”

There was laughter in the form of loud thunder and balls of fire was thrown at Beth to discourage her. Still, she stood tall and strong. It did not matter what the enemy threw at Beth, she still stood tall and strong.

Beth stood until she passed out. While she was out, the Reverend saw lights clashing with the darkness, as though there was a battle between angels and demons. The Reverend, with a look of terror, started reciting scriptures from the bible. All of a sudden, the storm was over.

Beth awoke with streaks of gray hair, as the incidence caused her to gray prematurely. Her family was standing over her, aiding her, as to them, she fell and hit her head. Everything was as it was before the ordeal. Only Beth and the Reverend can account for what happened. Mia, Lisa, Jim, and John have no recollection of the incidents.

Beth’s purpose was to become a leader and a true warrior of God. The entity’s purpose was to prevent Beth from becoming what God had planned for her to be. With God’s help and the faith of Beth, the enemy was unsuccessful and rendered “powerless”.
