There is a period of our life in which to savor the experience of the many changes taking place in us, but also mental and physical changes other. This period is the stage of puberty, then followed by another crucial stage called adolescence. During these phases occur a lot of physical changes. One of the most common physical changes also becomes a problem for young people who experience it and this problem is acne.

Well, it's a myth that adolescents, or call them teenagers who only experience with acne, but to make clear, acne is not possible for all ages and who is the person. However, the phases of which are younger tend to experience acne for those physical changes that some parts of their system. These physical changes are naturally carried by internal processes or even changes as well.

What causes acne then?

Acne is caused by bacteria. It happens when our pores get clogged with too much sebum produced by glands in our skin.

As we all know, young people are just being very particular with hygiene and care for the face is what is neglected. With this, the occurrence of acne is faster and more possible. Teens experience a lot of hormonal changes, one of these changes is that many young people to produce more sebum on their face, and when inadequately treated, diseases of the skin may occur. Acne is one of the possible cases.

Throughout the world, this was a common problem of skin. There are remedies, there are herbal solutions to chemical solutions. ACNE should not be taken so difficult when you are looking for options to remedy, it would definitely healed. Seeking the help of an expert would, of course, a great help.

For teens, it is also good to ask a parent or guardian to help you know what is best for you and your skin problem.

There are also corners that connect the chance to have acne to parents who had their own experiences acne too.

Whatever the roots may be, so that you, as a teenager to take care of your skin, giving the right amount of treatment and not let your skin problem worse.
