Sex in a relationship, is not everything, but it´s a lot, and what happens when what should be a great way to get intimate, and blow a little life in the spark of love, becomes an obligation, and instead of doing it out of love, you do it out of guild.

The kids are a sleep, tired or not, now is the time to get intimate, but because of a long day, you don´t have the energy to make a hole lot out of it, actually you just want to go to sleep, but you don´t want your wife or your husband to think that you don´t care about him or her, so with the last of your energy you go to bed to have some sex, and thats when sex becomes an obligation.

when the kids are a sleep, or your both have finished the days work and are ready to relax, then it´s time to try a little intimacy, but with out the feeling that it´s an obligation.

First of all do not turn on the tv, it´s a big nono, because if you turn on the tv, your almost bound to fall a sleep, what you need to do is create a little romantic atmosphere, have glass of wine, or maybe a little snack and a few candles, just make sure that what ever it is, you do it together, and include a few laughs, then the great sex will come much easier, because you have given yourself time to feel each other, and relax together, that´s always a good start.
