Where did it disappear?

In the early hours of Sunday morning before the sunrise from the far East I stood along the Victorian pier besides the coast I waited for the sun, to welcome it’s radiant warmth and light to our world. The sun that early morning was due to rise at five minutes to six. But it seems that the sun is late to rise.

“What? Late! The sun not appearing on time” I muttered in a puzzled state. I thought that the sun was engulfed by the thick clouds which many of been covering it. Like a blanket as it leaves no sign of light and life. Furthermore, I looked up into the deep sky and there was not a single spot of cloud in site, as any starts from space can be witness for countless miles.

“But where is it? Where is the sun” I asked myself in a worrying manner.

So I continued standing, standing along the pier waiting for the suns arrival and bidding goodbye to the night, hours upon hours had pasted and the was meant to be in our skies. But it did not return.

“Sun. Disappeared! Now that’s impossible is can’t just vanish.” My sense of thought was experiencing confusion and distress. I just simply cannot imagine time without sun. It feels so incomplete, and without the sun there is not life as it is consumed by darkness.

By noon my mind had gone mentally unstable as the confusion grew to rage, rage transformed into fear. Fear from the dark, fear from the vast emptiness of space and even the moon, the tranquillity of the moon light that contrasts the night sky had gone too. I waited eagerly for the sun’s return to our skies but the world around me uses to make so much sense until now, well I thought it did. As I thought about what was occur it really ever sunk it and I just cannot understand why for so long the sun can got be seen.

As always on Sunday morning when I watch the sunrise I bring with me my beautiful, telescope so I could gaze at the stars and the other planet within our solar system. So I set the telescope up and look out at Venus and Mars to distract my thoughts of the sun, with the beauty of the planets.

I spent at least half an hour just simply finding the many planets but they like the precious sun could not be seen. What sickening and frightening nightmare to wake up to, or was this reality? Then I continued gazed into the vast emptiness of space and still couldn’t find any of the planets and moons then satellite them.

This disappearing of the sun, planets and moons feels like an epic and chaotic episode from Doctor Who. But as much as I know time lords do not existent.

So at three o’clock in the afternoon the sun still did not appear and my confusion and rage grew even stronger, and I decided to head back into town and go home. So I can have a moment’s rest for today’s commotion and to watch the BBC News channel as they are the start for breaking news, and the sun disappearing would make a huge spectacle.

Eventually, I reach my local town and not far from my home and typically the town went be heavily congested with tourist, but strangely enough the complete opposite occur. As the streets were lid with cars of fire, fire booms been hurled in all directions. Mayhem wasn’t the word to descript it, more like a chaotic warzone as people were panicking, buildings and streets on fire. It almost felt like an apocalypse as widespread destruction is at hand.

I felt so scared and frightened as I ran through the town to reach my home alive because of the widespread chaos has occurred. Why over so many continuous, consistent and prolong sun has always been there to supply warmth, light and life to our world so why now? Why has it disappear?

Finally I reached my beloved, safe environment that is home but until the world isn’t safe as the sun has gone. I noticed that my phone inbox was literally filled with messages from friends and family. Anyway, I then switched on the television hoping that the news channel would have all of the answers in regarding with the disappearance of the sun. But none of the hundreds of channels was showing even Sky News. At such an important and frightening time why is the TV not working? So then I attempted to use the internet on my laptop which was a mistake, because as soon as I switch it on the laptop just suddenly burst into smoke.

I need to know what’s happening. What’s happening in the world, what’s happening to the sun and what will happen to us the human race. How will we continue to existent without the sun? These last few hour have been so strange and filled have fear, tremor and nightmare as I have witness before me the disappearing of the sun, the solar system, rioting and communications to the world, even the internet is gone.

Is this the apocalypse? The end of civilization?
