In the days of old, the prophets are seen as the mouthpiece of God. They are seen as God’s Ambassadors on Earth. They are treated with utmost respect by Kings and Queens, captains of industry, head of Nations, and both old and young. Their words are words of authority. The Prophets of old exhibit the power of old. In their time, miracles are miracles and they are not by any man’s manipulations.
A man that once lived in those days got up from the grave where he had been buried for thousands of years. He walked through the streets and corridor of America, navigated through the United Kingdom, took a stroll to Russia, and to all the countries of the world. What he saw and witnessed propelled him to ask the question; but, “Where are the Prophets”.
He was stunned by the corruption in people’s mind; shocked by the moral decadence of the moment; shocked at the wickedness of man’s heart and he was also totally shocked at the slumber of the churches.
Things have gone awry, he murmured to himself.
The modern day prophets of our 21st century are selfish, earthly and money conscious, a trend totally different from the prophets of old. They no longer echo God’s commandments, laws and ordinances, but rather do things with the modern science of sensual reasoning. They are corrupt, defiled and unrepentant like the politicians and the heathen.
Let the Prophets come out and speak the truth. The “Truth” is the solution to man’s dilemma. We look forward to a prophet who would not compromise standard, a prophet that will not be a partisan politician or swindler.
Prophets, who hold the scepter of integrity, love the people and cares for the welfare of people. Prophets that will speak the “oral” word of God in its pure entirety.
The Church needs to wake up to the 21st century challenges. Where are the moral disciplines? Where are the rules and laws? Has holiness been discarded?
We need Prophets that will tell the Government of the wrongs and rights.
We need genuine prophets in our days now.

Very good Question! What would any one of those prophets of old think if they could see the world today. However I think that we should examine the definition of what a true Prophet was. A messenger from GOD. God sent many prophets and they were forerunners for the main event (Jesus), And then he sent his son, they killed him. I believe that the book of Revelation was his final message. The last message was; This is the way that it is going to be
According to the book of Revelation God sends TWO prophets that are given 1260 days to prophesy (Prophetic days not earthly days) If we have not hear all of these previous prophets we will not hear any new ones either. The problem is that too many teachers are teaching too many interpretations of the messages that we have already received. My thoughts anyway.

If a prophet lives by the laws of God at all times... Vanity and profit is the last thing on their minds.. No-one listens to someone who is looked down upon in society for being financially unsuccessful these days.. Time has come for more than prophecy... Time has come for action.

the good people, whom I believe are a vast majority, need to stand up and be counted....given the truth, most people will act admirably, but we have been conditioned by a culture of confusion..

Many souls are searching in these most troubled times. I have seen many 'borne again' so the truth is getiing out there. The 'Light' always puts out the dark. The Holy Spirit movement is on, big times. We are in a spiritual warfare that is for certain. Christ wants no one put to shame. I believe he will rescue the misled. The evil one is trying to do his work but he will be doomed, he knows it. The children of God have their work cut out for them. These prophets are out there and they are in the governments - some of the problem is that we don't hear much about it in main stream life because the media dismisses God's prophets as pranksters, charlatans and hoax mongers. Kim Clement, David Hertzog, Georgian Banov, these men have all been in the most remote government offices, prophesied to heads of state, even in the Arab nations. They are all held in high regard in these offices - But not in America. You are right, the church here is sleeping, but I see an awakening happening. It is because of the stirring of spirits such as yours, asking the hard questions, standing up and saying we need to preach the Truth or get out of Gods way. It is this stirring that will explode into revelation and God will have His day in this world. He will have His say. The prophets are there and they are speaking and they will get louder as God is moving. You watch. It will happen very soon my brother!
