Although originally thought to be a single vitamin, there is actually 8 essential B vitamins, which are:

B2 - Riboflavin
B3 - Niacin
B5 - Pantothenic Acid
B6 - Pyridoxine, Pyridoxal and Pyridoxamine
B7 - Biotin (Vitamin H)
