A lot of people just do not want to. But it will help to know so that you can begin coming up with a solution. Stress comes from a number of things. For some, stress comes from their family. For example, a husband and wife who are always disagreeing on things can create unnecessary stress. One or the other is unwilling to change, and maybe one of them just likes to complain all of the time. Stress can come from money. You either don't have enough, or have none at all. Your bills might be too much for you to afford, but yet you need power, water, a phone, and a place to live. These bills alone can be very high.

Work can mount up in a hurry, and with everything else that you have on your mind and going on in your life, things can get tight, which can lead to even more stress. Stress causes health problems as well. It seems that life is nothing but one big bundle of stress and all we can do is take cover from it.
