There are some anti spyware protection online that is really good to use. You can download and have these programs running quickly and cleaning your machine in no time. Here are some of the best programs out there that are free to download and use, of course many of these programs do have it so you can upgrade to the more complete program that will run constantly in the background while you are online giving you continuous protection against spyware and malware.

One of the best programs I found is Adware. This is constantly updated each time you click to run it. The free version you will have to click on the program to run it, while if you would upgrade to the other version it would run all the time in the background. To upgrade is less than $40 for the protection against spyware and malware.

The program will scan your files looking for spyware and when it finds it it will quarantine the file and keep adding all the infected files to the quarantined folder. Once it completes running and scanning all the files it will then ask you what you would like to do with the files, delete or leave in the quarantined folder. This is totally up to you what to do with the files.

If you upgrade to the pro version, you can get other programs that will help your computer run better, such as the file shredder program, this will not only delete a file, but destroy it. You can also get a firewall, and a program to clean your registry. They also have a program to digitally lock your files.

There are other programs that are online and are free you can get the spyware Doctor. It has been recommended by many editors and exports in the business. The Spyware Doctor will give free customer support for their product. This can be use with any windows operating system. This will run in the background while you're working on other programs on your computer.

Another program is Spybot. This too is a free spyware remover. This can be found at download.com and it will run on your computer and find and quarantine the infected files. Again this program will ask you what you want to do with the infected files of spyware and malware. You can delete them or leave in the quarantined folder. There have been some reports that this software has problems. They have a new version out 1.5.2 that is supposing to of fixed all these issues.

For any spyware program to be effective, you must run it. I run mine once a week and haven't had problems with the computer or malware or the spyware. Protecting your self against spyware doesn't have to be expensive. In fact. It can be free.
