I would like to see 700 billion dollars go directly into the pockets of the consumers.  We, the consumers can put that money to better use by pouring it back into our economy with SPENDING.  Spending at retail will give our economy the much neede boost.

Here's an example of my version of the economic cycle:

Consumers buys at retail

Retailers reorder goods from suppliers

Suppliers order more goods to be made from factories

Factories hire more to keep up with demand

Factories ship product to US

US Ports hire more workers to offload containers of goods, designated for the suppliers

Suppliers ship good to retailers

Retailers have product on shelves for the consumer with 700 billion dollars in their pocket

This is an oversimplified view, but this is my plan and I'm sticking with it!
