Which console should you buy?  That is a very good question.  No right or wrong answer can be given as it will come down to personal preference on which system you should go right on ahead and buy.  At this moment, you have the Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3, and the Nintendo Wii.  All three systems are competing in this generation of gaming to see who is going to be #1 overall but really it comes down to fans themselves.

Graphics:  If that were something you want to look into for the best graphics, probably would go to the 360 and PS3.  Nintendo isn’t going to start making graphics a priority and we all know given Nintendo’s history going back to the NES days.

Reliability:  This is a potential issue and you want to make sure you know what you are getting before you buy it.  Think about this, would you want to go about trading your system in for a new one because it wasn’t working when you bought it?  Of course not as it isn’t fun.  Whether it is new or used, you want it to be in good condition for use.

Games:  Biggest decision right then and there.  Look at the video game library of each and every system.  One of the things that should never be done is buy a system simply for one game only.  By doing that, it is a waste of your own money and makes you foolish for doing so in the first place.

Money:  You have to budget yourself and see what is best for you and what you can afford.  Remember in these hard times, you have to look at what you can afford.  The PS3 is still the more expensive system but now I believe the smallest Xbox 360 is now at about $200 and the Wii is still at $250 though it may be hard to find.

In the end, you really have to think about it and look at which company can you count on for your gaming systems.  As someone who has bought systems over the years, it has never gone to replacement mode or needing to buy a new one right off the bat.  It has always been as long as it works and runs well, it is good enough.  No issues from Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo so generally you can’t go wrong with either.  There are tips that were written but a little outdated considering what was going on.

I hope that this answers your question on that.  While I do not have a clear-cut answer, I do however give you some ideas.
