About Me!
One of my main interests is in marathon running. 2009 saw my first marathon completed and wow, what an experience! Hopefully there’ll be more to follow.
I find it really helps to have a specific goal and time line to train towards. All those early mornings and late evenings pounding the pavement really paid off for me on the day of the Perth Marathon, so much so, that it was a pretty easy race (till the last 5km)!
I like to train at a high intensity in everything that I do and mix things up as much as possible. Weight training, cycling, windsurfing, Thai boxing and running all combine to build a great standard of fitness.
