There are a number of methods and products that you can use to get whiter teeth. The first, and most important, item to remember is that no matter what you use to whiten your teeth, you want to ensure that it is going to be safe on the tooth enamel. Any product or method that wears your teeth enamel may give you a bit of a shine now, but can cost your dearly in both money and pain in the future if your teeth start to wear out.
There are some old home remedies out there like making a paste out of a strawberry and some baking soda and rubbing this on your teeth. I’d avoid methods like this, simply because the reason that they work is the chemical reactions created by the enzymes in the strawberry and the baking soda mixing. There are much easier ways to whiten your teeth by using commercially-available teeth whitening systems that are available on the market today. I’ve had the opportunity to use Dazzle White Pro to whiten my teeth at home and I can share with you that it was as good as the professional teeth whitening I got from the dental assistant at my dentist’s office. Dazzle White Pro doesn’t rely on gross tasting teeth whitening gels or peroxides to help whiten your teeth, and there are no strips to use which is why I tried it in the first place. I found that with WhiteStrips I couldn’t line them up properly so I was getting stripes across the tops and bottoms of my teeth.
