Whitening Skin Care Tips and How to
65How to Methods: Whiten Skin Care
The level of UV rays in the Spring that causes freckles and spots on the face is actually the highest. The UV index may not be so high, but the strength is.
That is why each spring, whitening skin care product sales go up. Nearly all cosmetic manufacturers make some sort of skin whitening product but there is an easier way to whiten your skin without all the expensive skin care products. It all starts with the basics.
Ingredients for Skin Care Whitening
A lot of skin care whitening products that prevents or slows down melanin pigment usually contains Vitamin C. This is because Vitamin C has a good complementary effect when it is combined with Vitamin E that you can find in elastic cream.
However, Vitamin C isn't always effective if it is combined with Retinol-A. Retinol-A is often found in anti-wrinkle products. Vitamin C combined with Retinol-A and AHA (usually contained in exfoliating products) may cause dry skin with keratin.
To Whiten Skin, First Prevent
If we spent more time on preventing the cause of our skin darkening, there wouldn't be so many skin care whitening porducts on the market. The popularity is evidence that we do not take the care required for our skin.
Always Carry some form of Sunblock
To prevent skin pigmentation and coloring from UV rays, what other method to block it than to use sunblock. There are many different types of sunblock available. These days you can even get sunblock wipes which are very quick to apply and there is no mess.
Prior to foundation, apply suncream all over your body (including arms and neck). It is better to use real suncream products instead of substituting it for cosmetic products that contain sunblock. Every 2-3 hours, reapply suncream on your body.
Your Internal Condition Also Helps with Skin Whitening
Eat the right foods, i.e. wholesome unprocessed food, and drink plenty of water. This will whiten your skin so much better than applying skin whiten products.
Consume foods containing Vitamin C. Fruits such as strawberries, lemons, mandarins and tomatoes.
It is important to maintain your skin internally as well. Vitamin C is recommended to be eaten raw. Vitamin A, B and E are also good for whitening skin.
Keratin that has been ongoing can be easily be removed if the skin cell reproduction is active. Foods containing Vitamin C and Vitamin A such as butter, cheese, milk and green vegetables help this process of removing keratin. Good quality protein and a balanced nutritional diet will be of great help in whitening our skin.

You sound like you really know these things by experience. I agree, we all should carry some form of sunblock. We never know where we might end up on the road when we take trips. Or for that matter, how long we'd stay under the sun. And preventing skin darkening, as you'd said here, really does help in the effort to whiten skin. Good hub. I'm into skin care myself.
