  • Eliminate paying property taxes & insurance
  • Be relieved of maintenance responsibility
  • Finalize a divorce settlement
  • Get the house out of their name to avid pending judgments
  • Qualify for a loan on another house
  • Prevent or cure a foreclosure
  • Move to another state
