A mind map can be a big help for many people. But most people don't even realize this.

I am not surprised by it. I used to be like that as well. I didn't like to study at all! Period!.

Studying took me a long time. I eventually did university as well, but what did I gain. The only thing I gained was my diploma. Because what I learned I already forgot 2 weeks after the exam. That's what happens if you are cramming. "Le moment suprème" was the moment of the exam. I had all kinds of fears; especially having a 'black out'. This was a real risk as I had studied through the night and my head was bursting with info.

I didn't really understood what I learned but good enough in order to satisfy the professor. I passed. But what did I learn?

Not much. If I had know of the possibilities of mind mapping I know I would have used my time in school better. And more importantly I wouldn't have lost so much valuable time and information!.

I am a creative person and due to my experiments I discovered Mind Mapping in 2001. I got so exited about this technique that I wanted to become a professional in this line of expertise. So I went to the founder of this technique in England; Tony Buzan and did his course.

I am confinced that this technique should be learned by anybody. It is not difficult and it can be applied by everyone in the world. My knowledge is valuable and I want to share it with anybody who is motivated.

Mind you, there is no fee. There is no catch. I just want to give anybody the opportunity to learn to learn and take the advantages of this marvelous technique. As soon as you want more, than you need my advanced knowledge for this technique. And this would apply to people who can afford me.

In the Netherlands I am a Buzan Licensed Mind Map instructor. I feel that the technique is very special.

Why?

• Mind mapping is simple; only a few other rules than that you're used to (which you need to apply otherwise it doesn't work).

• I used to think that learning is serious business; now I know it's the opposite.

• Mind mapping is fun; drawing is always fun. With a mind map you can draw and learn at the same time.
• Mind mapping is effective; by playing you're learning and you don't need to cramm at all anymore.

I can go on and on. I won't.

Since 2005 I opened a website where I provide everybody who wants to learn to learn a free mind map training. Until january 2008 this site was written in the Dutch language.

I just started a new version; the english version. I only have two problems; the new site is not finished yet, but already open. Secondly, my english is poor.
