Why Do Questions Drive Us?
69???
Why are there always more questions than answers? Is there a question in your mind that you cannot seem to find an answer for? I ask a ton of questions, mostly to myself without troubling other people.
I find that many of my questions go unanswered or are answered by my conversations with other people, observations on society with me drawing my own conclusion or research on things that really trouble me. Then there are some questions that will never have an answer to - It is just the way it is and I accept this.

- Polls - What do they mean?

Some ask questions on entertainment...How can you entertain me? Why are DVDs entertaining?
Some ask questions on sports...How do you play that sport? Why isn't there more hockey on television?
Some ask questions on sex...How do you do that to me every time? Why is sex called sex?
Some ask questions on technology...How does this work? Why is Windows designed the way it is?
For others the questions are money related or matters of the heart...
So what is it about the question that makes us ask it? I think this comes down to obtaining information and the curious nature about us. How much information we obtain really depends on us as individuals. Some like a great amount of detail while others prefer "Headline news". Either way there is no right or wrong it's just the way it is.
I think questions are a healthy part of all of us...It is a way to find out things, see how things work, get to know one another, find out information...
My favorite two question words are how and why. I just love to understand things, especially how things work and why people do the things they do or why they say the things they say. I make no judgment on the thoughts of others or the words they express. It is the actions of other people that draw out the questions.
My favorite question is why not? I am a positive person who will always find a way to do something. The words can't and won't are not a part of my vocabulary.

Oh my goodness this is great!!! I love the deep thinking and I am the same way How and Why are the words that I seem to use often and some get offended with I want ot better understand the meaning of things. I am also very positive and when we ask a million questions our knowledge will continue to grow, when we stop asking is when we are in trouble.
