Why should you not wear a whole colour dress? At the Cartier Polo this last weekend, my office manager wore her wedding dress. When I heard this, I was expecting her to turn up looking like a merangue. However, her wedding dress turned out to be a rosie pink cocktail dress and she looked stunning in it.

If you fancy getting spliced wearing a full colour dress, whats wrong with that? You might get the odd funny look if you wear a black one - possibly too funereal, but you can always make a good joke about that - ie the death of a wicked single social life etc. etc.

It's your day so enjoy it the way you want to enjoy it.
