Herbalife Is The One
All my life i've been trying a lot of diet formula and pills, but all of them don't suits me and give me side effects. Untill i found Herbalife which was introduce by my parents friend. At first i refuse take it as i wanted to lose weight naturally by exercising everyday.
Though finding and alocate time to exercise was imposible for my line of work, so i took my parents advise and try the Herbalife diet formula. Afer a month when i use herbalife.. I was shock i lose 10 pound on that particular month and i don't exercise at all.
This means that Herbalife is the diet formula for me and to the others out there wanted to lose weight without any hassels.
Second reason why i love Herbalife so much is that i still can eat my favourite meal everyday (one time a day only)
This is my personal advise to those who wanted to lose weight.
1. If you are realy serious on losing weight just do it, if you don't or people just ask you to lose weight, trust me its just a waist of time, it must be coming from your heart not from people's mouth. 2. To fasten the process of losing weight try to go swimming, jogging or gym at least two or three time a week you will see results faster this way.
3. When you want to shop for grocery try to buy goods that is low in calories, Take time to read the contents of the ingridients and compare them it with another good that you wanted to purchase.
4. Try to eat more fresh vegetables on your meal these help on on your digestion and you feel full when you eat more vegeies. I know its hard to eat more vege than meat right,? after some time you will get use to it.
5. Try drinking a lot of plain water or mineral water, this will also help you to reduce weight.
This is hub is solely from my own exprience, and all that i written anove is what i practices to lose 10 15 pound a month, hopefully it will work on you.
