Content Is King
I heard of the "Thirty Day Challenge", "Hubchallenge" and many other challenges to stress the fact that content on your website is how you generate revenue online. CONTENT IS KING.
Challenges To Empower Your Content
I'm currently participating in the Hubchallenge - 100 Hubs in 30 Day. Sounds crazy but it's really not. Why? I do know the power of content -- so this challenge (not a contest) is empowering me to reach for the stars.
Why Is Content So Important
The simple answer to "why is content so important" is -- indexing. Indexing is how most information is sectioned off. Google, Amazon, Yahoo, Youtube -- all search engines use indexes in one way or other. When you create content, your content is then folded into the mix. That's where SEO comes into play. To rise to the top of the index mix, "Best SEO Practices" have to be applied. Remember, original content should be use. I have heard of bloggers using auto content generators, however I do not use these generators. To make sure my content is ORIGNIAL CONTENT I word all my content myself. By doing this, I sure that my content is UNIQUE CONTENT, which is loved by the search engines.
Put Your Content On Blast
Once you master the skill of content -- social networking is next. Don't leave your content sitting like a needle in a haystack. With the use of Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, Stumbleupon, Youtube and the many other social sites you can blast your content to the masses.
Where Does The Money Come From
Content alone will not generate a revenue stream. Content and Ads/Products is how you earn money online. Many bloggers use -- Google, Amazon, Ebay, Linkshare, and other ad networks to supply them with ads and products. However, some Internet Marketers have their own products. Nevertheless, putting your product or an ad from an ad network in front of the masses is how you earn money online.
CONTENT IS KING, and once you have content -- putting that content in front of thousand of eye is the secret to earning revenue online.
