Why Men are Hunters in Dating
62
There are many different varieties of men in this world. However, even with all their diversities, there happens to be only one constant characteristic that they share. They are all ingrained with the simple genetic trait of hunters. In basic dating terms: they love to chase. Even if you went all-out and dressed in sexy black plus size babydoll, or other stimulating stuff, the chase would not be worthwhile for men, if you were the one who did the hunting, and not them.
Women have always sighed in frustration that their guys act like cavemen sometimes. Well, the truth is, they actually are. No matter how much women try to analyze this, they still can't seem to grasp the simplicity of their own sentiments. Prehistoric man was a person who lived in caves and provided his family with food by hunting. The first sport that men learned was running in order to chase or stalk a particular animal. To translate this into present-day terms: a man will always want to chase you in order to satisfy his evolutionary instinct.
It's important to mention the different types of hunters in order to get a better understanding of why men are hunters in dating. Hunters can be classified into several different categories. To make it simple, this article will just mention three basic examples.
The first type of hunter is the smart one who selects the best type of food and will set up traps and other ingenious ways to catch his prey. In dating, his approach is well-planned, well-executed, and decisively swift (usually). Consider those guys who're absolutely smooth and sharp. They certainly get a lot of girls because of their cunning ways.
The next type of hunter is the confident one that's full of vigor. He can energize and lead a hunting party to many successful expeditions. In today's world, these are your basic natural leaders filled with charisma. Many people flock to them for protection and guidance. Generally, women easily fall for these types simply because of their importance (i.e., fame).
The last type of hunter is the calm/silent one. This type of person can hunt alone for days, only to return with his grand prize on his back (and with a smug smile on his face, to boot). He is probably the most effective hunter simply because of his patience. Everyone knows that a hunter requires silence and willpower in order to be successful. In the dating world, these are the mysterious lone-wolf types that do everything solo. They're usually silent, but highly effective.
Men are hunters simply because these are their primal instincts. You can see how they act as their primitive counterparts sometimes. It's their genetic predisposition to chase you simply because it excites and gratifies them.
So don't chase men; let them chase you. Be like a swift and graceful gazelle that's out in the open field and let the guys check you out from a distance as they prepare their maneuvers. One example is to let them think that you're a worthy prey by wearing a black plus size bustier, or other sexy apparel that can tease them a bit. Give men a good reason to chase you so you can offer them the best hunting game they'll ever have.
