IT is changing very rapidly. We get smarter and faster applications, computers smaller, more silent, bigger hard drives. This process also includes media discs such as CDs and DVDs. Since the optical drive has been created, we evolved through CD's and DVD's for Blu-ray format. He opponents, so I'd like to say a few words about it.

1. Blu-ray can reduce costs. The cost of a Blu-ray will meet with a DVD soon. The same thing about space, the same price, but up to 9 times greater capacity! Thus, each company that burns everything on DVDs (and I'm not talking exclusively about the movie / music producers, but also throughout the world, which, perhaps backups of its data.

2. Blu-ray cheap does not last more CD or DVD. Have you ever tried to play a CD or DVD and I do not want to work, even if it was well a month ago? These types of materials degrade with time. Blu-Ray last, however, even a few times longer than the types of media today.

3. It is nice not to worry about space! How many times did you complain that there is simply not enough space on the disk? You do not have to worry about more (probably;)) from Blu-Ray disc can store 25 GB (1 layer) or 50 GB on a 2-layer disc.
