Why do tingle products have different effect?

In this hub I will address other questions related to the tingle phenomenon. The first one, like I promised, is why do indoor tanning products have different effects ?

Well, the answer is simple : some products are developed not to have a tingling effect and these are addressing to the ones that just started using artificial tanning items, while some products have been made to create such an effect and these are addressing to those who need to accelerate the tanning process since their skin got used to the standard products. Of course, there is another classification from a different angleĀ  that of how the melanin production is increased in the skin. While some products ( the tingle ones) use the blood flow to do this, there are other products that use another approach : they actually contain melanin within the ingredients and therefore they are likely not to produce any tingling effect on anybody.

Now, for the tingle indoor lotions you would see different effects, on the same item, for different subjects. No need to wonder why, because the answer is rather strait forward : we are all individuals, each with his own special and unique features. So personal chemistry with the tanning products may decide how intense would be the tingling effect.

Another question is that whether the tingle effect is dangerous or not. I have written about this in one of the previous hubs, there is no need to feel unsafe whatsoever. At least this is the answer you will get from any professional contact. Of course, as always, some may have doubts but the general feeling is that the tingle effect should be contained or ignored easily because it is not dangerous. Just as an example, when you have your feet or hand asleep due to bad circulation and you start moving it to regain its mobility, you feel the exact same tingle effect produced by these indoor tanning lotions. So why should that be something dangerous?

However, if you are using a certain product and you feel that the effect is still too disturbing to be ignored, then, perhaps, you should simply look for another one. Look carefully at the labels on the products, they might warn you about the intensity of the tingle, choose one of the items that have the low tag on them and see how it goes.
