Why do majority fail in mlm?

Hello all, I must say i am really glad to contribute to this topic, reason being that i am one of those online to clear some misconceptions about mlm or network marketing. I have had some experience in network marketing and i am still a network marketer.

I wouldn't say my experience has been bad but i had failed once in network marketing, and i am glad i failed because it thought me what works and what just doesn't even if the so called expert say so

First i'll like to say that not all programs that claim to be mlm are actually mlm programs, most of these companies that claim to be network marketing companies are just pyramid schemes which soul aim is to cycle money around for those at the top, they are quickly shut down because there are not products to keep the company paying bonuses. There are usually more losers in such programs than winners and they are even illegal.

People who have lost money in such programs now criticize mlm because they don't know the difference An MLM company MUST have a products to back it up and shouldn't concentrate on selling rather building depth into business by recruiting new team members and guiding them to success

About the large amount of products one is required to buy upon sign up, that is something that cannot be ruled out of mlm. Your first order is huge because it is expected to serve some purposes. First you need to use the products yourself so you will be able to tell others about it. You know, be a doer of what you preach? Then you are expected to build your business with it.By that i mean that your mlm business is supposed to be a 'use and share' business, you use and share the products with relatives, friends and acquaintances. Naturally if the product is really great, when you share it with people they will want to know more about the product, then you are expected to tell them about your company and the business opportunity not neccessarily offer to sell your product them.

MLM is not about selling products, that is where many people get it wrong. You are supposed to use and share with others. It's a way of attracting them to you, so that they are the ones that start asking you questions later about your business not you taking it to them. Don't forget what we are talking about which is the Huge product order upon sign up.Out of this products you are also expected to assist your new team members with it by loaning them some products to use for building their business until they get theirs Most people do not succeed in MLM because they go about it all the wrong way. These days you can hardly differentiate a network marketer from a sales man, they just want to sell and sell that is not how mlm is designed. The formula behind mlm is "get a large number of people (distributors or team members) to do a few simple actions (recruit and develop leaders) over a consistent period of time" then wealth can be created. There is no mention of selling.

People also have to do their research an mlm company they wish to partner with before signing up

The company should be an emerging company with potential to be among the big giants I

t's products should be unique, exclusive and highly consumable

It should have more than one product so it can keep up with expansion and earnings of distributors

It should have a strong team management

It's compensation should be right for both the big guy in the business and the little guy

It must have strong capital base for future expansion I have written some articles that you will find helpful in this topic, please read them

I am a strong fan of network marketing because it is one business you can spend sometime building and then relax into wealth enjoying residual income. There are very few businesses that gives you such opportunity. Most businesses require that you keep working and working to earn. I think life is about working for some time then take out time and enjoy your wealth. What do you think?
