When I saw the original tea parties come into popularity during tax season i was estatic, heck i was overjoyed. I thought that finally people were starting to get it, the people who were attending were of all colors, creeds and backgrounds. But in the end i thought that they were for better or worse a final but short lived death jerk from what used to be common sense around America that really only accomplished to make obama admit that our tax code was to large and complicated and served to finally highlight the unfair media coverage that is our national media. Now that i see that they are surviving in of all places New York I have to reappraise my opinions of the tea parties and what they mean for America.

I think it shows that the only possible way to bring America back on track is through the grass roots movement. We have to come together as a people and unify. We have to get on the same page and not focus on what makes us different and focus on what makes us Americans. Now this is easier said than done i know, but trust me in the end it will be worth it. We are on the verge of ruin folks it is a fact. When i watch the news and see obama trading defensive systems tit for tat with an outdated Russia I cringe. When I see obama say that no one won the cold war and deny one of the biggest contributions of one of the greatest presidents in the history of this great nation I know we have a president that cares little for the values of the people and America as a whole. When I see legislation coming down the pipeline that will raise taxes and add to the deficit I know we have to act quickly and decisively.

I believe abortion is wrong, I think homosexuals deserve equal rights but believe civil unions constitute these rights. I know that not all agree with me on these points and i respect that and would love to debate them at some point but now is not the time. I'm sure I will post on these subjects pretty soon and i think that is fine but when it comes to actually voicing our concerns to the government we must stand up for the problems that plague us all. We must join together Democrats, Republicans and Independents and shout enough is enough! Lets join together and start saying no when when the white house tells us we must pass this for the economy or that for the economy lets use our heads and once again become Americans.  obama like Hitler has had some pretty intelligent moments.  That doesn't make them good or right but intelligent none the less.  obama apart from being a smooth talker showed America what it must do to bring back the values of America, we must unite!  We must join groups, we must write about our opinions, we must talk about our concerns we must listen to each other and communicate our issues to our government together.  We have to come together like some of us did during the tea parties and unite on a grass roots level like the obama supporters did and defeat this common enemy for good.  So if i have to leave with a closing statement i guess it would be.  Down with the dictatorship that has become our bureaucracy vote against it and speak against it.  Become an American once again.
