Millions of Homeowners are calling their lender and requesting loan modification assistance every day but to no avail. The American Homeowner is in desperate need of mortgage assistance but is unable to do anything because they can not penetrate the lenders front line which is guarded by the al mighty telemarketers known as this so called customer service department. 25% of those loan modifications are already late. They have modified about five or ten times ore this year then they did last 2 years ago. Loan modification is what these guys do.
