Why there almost certainly is no God

I was born a Catholic, would I have been a Muslim,I am sure my mom and dad would now be drinking oil.

Were I born a Jew,my mom and dad would have been rock collectors, throwing them at the sneering Arabs, sucking their oil to our chagrin.

Alas,it was not to be,or rather thank heaven it was so.

Jefferson said:"The priests of the different relgious sects...... dread the advance of sience as witches do the approach of daylight and scowl on the fatal harbinger announcing the subdivision of the duperies on which they live."

The argument from improbability is the big one.

In the traditional guise of argument from design,it is easily today's most popular argument offered in favour f the existance of God and it is seen,by an amazingly large number of theists,as completely and utterly convincing.

It is indeed a very strong and,I suspect, unanswerable argument-but in precisely the opposite direction from the theist's intention is the notion that proving God does not exist still holds.

The creations's,like Hoyle, say:'The probability of lif originating on Earth is no greater than the chance that a hurricane, sweeping through a scrapyard, would have the luck to assemble a Boeing 747. The odds against assembling a fully functioning beetle, zebra or ostrich by randomly shuffling its parts are in a nutshell the creationist's favourite argument.

They are right-----man loves woman---,sperm enters egg, shuffle shuffle shuffle and out comes a Down-Syndrome or an Autistic or Cerebral Palsy kid. :)

This creationist's argument could only be made by them, who do not understand the first thing about natural selection, which to them is a chance theory, whereas in the relevant sense of chance it is the opposite.

I go as far as to say that the Darwinian natural selection is the only known solution to the otherwise unanswerable riddle of where information comes from. It turns out to be the God Hypothesis that tries to get somethiong for nothing.

God tries to have His free lunch and be it too. Why not....... Aren't we His slave species.

The illusion of design--God made us- is a trap that has caught us before and Darwin should have immunized us by raising our consciousness.

Man,mankind, the Rights of Man,all men are created equal, one man one vote etc seem to exclude women.

Lucky feminism shows us the power of consciousness-raising.

Natural selection not only explains-technique of feminism- the whole of life;it also raises our consciousness to the power of science to explain how organized complexity can emerge from simple beginnings without deliberate and instant design.

An eagle's eye was eally the endproduct of a long sequence of non-random but purely natural causes.

Darwin's power of raising my consciousness made me a radical Atheist and the world I am living in a total Nihilist.

I am proud to have my forefathers long long time ago as gorillas or chimps or Oran-Utangs.

I am not proud to be God's creation in an instant.

Indeed as science progresses,God shrinks.Don't squander precious ignorance by praying it away.

This comment was self-generated. Really. A long sequence of non-random but purely natural causes. It just happened. So don't bother to reply. There's no one on the other end. If the universe could be created without a Creator, why not this comment.

That is right .

Everything you do is self generating, tks for your comment.I could go on and take the bible to pieces, but that would not help you.

I could tell you that I studied as a Jesuit for 7 lost months, and became a better man without the Bible, but that would not suffice, creating the universe and my comment are two totally different things, but have one subjetc in commen, they both are random natural causes.
