ii) PC, Printers, Cellphones, Digital photo frames can be directly interconnected through WIFI

iv) In future this will be replacement to Bluetooth as it as Bluetooth as shorter range compared to WIFI

v) When this as been implemented users could connect their Iphone with Wi-fi Direct to their notebook and piggyback on its wired Internet connection for a quick e-mail check without tapping their phone’s data plan

vi)Wi-Fi Direct claimed to have more speed and more qualified speeding to move files in a large capacity.

vii)Wi-Fi Direct was developed by the Wi-Fi Alliance, an alliance consisting of Intel, Cisco and Apple. With this technology, various electronic devices can be connected directly to each other.
