Even the best shredder needs a little help sometimes. These cheats unlock songs, instruments, special features, and make the game more fun.

To enter these codes, go to “Options” and then select “Cheats.” To enter cheats on Guitar Hero III, you fret the guitar and strum, like during gameplay. In the codes, G=Green, R=Red, Y=Yellow, B=Blue, and O=Orange. Letters in parentheses represent a chords, so for (GR), hold down the Green fret and the Red fret.
