Nintendo's Wii is still the top selling game console dispite a disappointing economy. Here are some tips and secrets to make your Wii more enjoyable. Or just plain more 'cool' and 'fun'.

-To make your Wii look a little more exciting, than just plain white. Add a blue light around your CD drive anytime the consol is on (even while sitting in standby). Go to the email in the home menu, put your home email address to the address book. Wait for the email, and then reply from your home email to your Wii email. Don't check the email, once it gets to the Wii. As if it waits you'll have this pretty blue light to light up your life!

-In Wii sports, during bowling, you can release the ball behind you after you swing your arm back. It will scare the Miis behind you, and give you a good laugh for sure!

-Create fun an interesting Mii's! They will replace the standard boring Mii's used as teammates and spectators. Find tutorials how to make favorite video game characters into Mii version! Try Zelda, Link, and Ganon from the Legand of Zelda series!

-Make your Mii's parade! by seeting your Miis to mingle, and have any of your Wii friends do the same thing. Soon your Miis will be around around in your parade! Your friends' Mii's will be curious, "wander over to your console" and parade around too. As long as they're all set to mingle. Then you can grab your friends Mii's and set them in your Plaza so you have a copy to use as well.

-When you buy a virtual console title, if Mari runs across the screen and he's fire flower Mario, you can shoot fireballs with him! Just use the A button.

-The weather channel will affect your in-game weather in Wii games. So pick someplace warm during the winter season, unless you want your Mii's stuck in the snow.

-To change the color of your bowling ball, you can press different directions on the D-pad. Left gives you a red ball, Right gives you gold, Up is blue, and down is Green.

-When loading the Nws Channel, grab the cat that will appear at the loading screen to get some tips.

-In Wii boxing, dodge a punch just right so a slow type sound will play and the screen will 'time warp' effect a little. If you are quick to hit your foe when it does, you will do a special hard punch!

-To play on the practice court in Tennis, hold down the 2 button before advancing during the Final warning screen. Keep it held until the black fades to reveal the practice court. Which you can use to play a doubles game on!

Hopefully these tips will give you a little more fun with your Nintendo Wii! Enjoy.

One thing only few Wii owners are aware of is the fact that you can play homebrew games on your Wii and also play absolutely every game from N64, SNES, and Sega Genesis. It is also possible to download ISO`s, DVDs, and Music. Unlocking your Wii for maximum entertainment is easy! For more information go to Wii Homebrew Installer
