It seems so long ago now, yet I remember that Britney Spears used to be hailed as one of the top role models for teenagers. Even then I was uncertain about this high pedestal she was put on.

For me there were a few cracks showing beneath the surface, the subject matter of some of her songs/videos, showed that there wasn't enough substance beneath all the glossy little girl image her publicist wanted to sell to the public.

Now its all out, shes gone burst and its very ugly...

Why have things gotten so bad? Only she and the people closest to her can give a truthful evaluation of what has happened to this troubled star, and then maybe not.

Fame is a very unpredictable companion in the lives of different celebrities. some relish it,. others arbor the lack of privacy that accompanies it. If a person is not soundly grounded, and they get caught up in the hype then disaster, I'm afraid is not too far off.

Britney has been dogged with headline after headline in the past few months and none of it has been good news. Has she totally lost it? Lets hope the present assessment being carried out will clarify this issue.

At the end of the day she lost the plot completely, the clues are there, in bits and bobs,.Watch the video below, the voice change in range and strength, what ever the reason, could account for the reason this young woman went belly under!

Britney Spears is the only one who can drag herself out of the mess, she now finds herself. Don't get me wrong thought, I am not saying it is all her fault. Britney is a child in a twenty plus body, she never really grew up the way she needed to. Some people can overcome this without a scratch, unfortunately Britney is not one of those, she needed a bit more nurturing.

Prayerfully, someone will get in there and help her and she will take the help. You see even if the right help, answer comes along, if she doesn't want it then nothings going to change for the once Pop Queen.

Money is so fickle, being human is what counts and the people around her when she was growing up forgot all this. Now she is messed up and our messed up world is having a big laugh at her expense.

It's so sad that thousands of people are interested in finding out what's happening with Britney daily? Yet when you dig into what their interests are you find that its dirty old rubbishy tell all pictures and videos which show sordid details of stuff that shouldn't be any-one's business but hers in the first place.

Britney Spears this is a personal plea: wake up smell the coffee, it's really your life, they may want A Piece of You but do remember You're are not a Girl. Only you have got the power to turn it around for yourself first, then for the kids;

This is March 26, 2008 and I am happy to see that after so many months of continuous bad press Britney has finally made a successful comeback on TV, and its refreshing.

She had a little part in the Sitcom "How I Met Your Mother" and did a great job. Britney's wows may not be completely over, as her estate is still beyond her reach at the moment, but at least her latest career move has ended up with great reviews. If not from all the critics but at least from her fans, co stars and even some parts of the press she has gotten some thumbs Up.

Lets hope this is the beginning of something great and uplifting from this young super star.
