In my opinion, no I don't think there will be. The reason I say this is that Hubbers already have the forums section. See the Forums link at the top of the page.

It's fair to say that the Forums to date has been under utilised. I would like to see more Hubbers making use of this area. I'm sure the Hub Staff feel the same way to.

The Forums is also pretty basic and could do with a few enhancements. In terms of your question you can use the Forum as if it were a chat room. If you ask a question then all responses are in a threaded format so it's like a conversation.
