Since I started working on a website for the Beijing Olympics people have been sending me different emails about this Olympics, including this one.
I don't know if a Chinese person would find it funny or offensive. I have lived in Asia for many years and one thing that Asian people have told me is that all westerners look the same!To participate is very easy, just view the attached photo, correctly answer the following questions and send your answers to theInternational Olympic Committee:
1. Which student seems to appear tired / sleepy?

3. Which ones are the female twins?

I think it is amusing. I would love to see one set up for Asians with "westerners" photographed.
This is amusing and caught me off guard, as I really went to the picture to look for the sleepy student and realized all students looked the same. LOL!! My nephew's wife is Asian, and is in a bit of culture shock living in the USA as she just moved in Sept and turns on the Asian channel so she can see her culture. :)
I have also seen this going around. As an Asia American, I find whoever created this photo racially insulting. It's very amazing for that many Caucasians casually stated "oh, funny", or "amusing" while not only the joke is racist, these comments comment here also reveals a profound racism that still exist in the modern America today.

Eh WebGuy a find the assumption that I am American pretty insulting too! At least 1 of the other commentators isn't American either. I have actually had both Asians and South Americans that all caucasians look the same - so it's obviously a general comment on other racial types rather than racism.
well, i'm chinese. But i dnt look lyk any of 'em. I think it iz funny, coz they look funny and pretty much they look lyk da same. And i think they cant be all da same faces. Dat person hu did dis, they must been put one of da face then put on da others. dat's jst mean.
I am not so sure this wasn't photoshopped. Oh and yeah crackers all look the same too. Oh and they smell like wet dogs when they get caught out in the rain.

I think its funny - I found Asian's do a lot less politically correct stuff than the West - I remember walking a street in Vietnam years ago and the guy who was with me got pinched several times on the arm, usually by old women - it turned out they were intrigued with his body hair!
