Winstrol

Winstrol is a very popular oral and injectable steroid also known as stanozolol. Winstrol is a favorite pre-contest steroid of bodybuilders worldwide, known primarily as an anabolic steroid, minimizing androgenic side effects. This steroid also will not aromatize, meaning that it won’t convert to estrogen and will not cause water retention. As you can see from the properties listed, that alone would make it a favorite pre-contest steroid.

Winstrol has other interesting and exciting properties for competitive athletes, being that it comes in both oral and injectable versions there are more options for use. What is very exciting about Winstrol is that you can use the injectable orally and achieve the same affect as if you were to inject it.

Winstrol is a C17-alpha alkylated compound which means it can be toxic to the liver as alkylation protects the drug from being destroyed by the liver when taken orally but can be harsh on the liver when taken for prolonged terms.

Winstrol generally comes in tablet form of common dosages ranging from 2mg tabs to 50mg capsules. Injectable versions are primarily seen as 50mg/ml dose with better products being micronized and able to pass through an insulin syringe. Since this product is water based, daily injections are preferred.

Winstrol is usually taken in dosages of 50mg per day for men, either orally or injected. Higher dosages do not bring better results, in fact quite the opposite, Winstrol can be quite harsh on connective and joint tissue in higher dosages, causing massive joint pain in most users at doses above 50mg per day. As per the above mentioned liver toxicity, cycles are usually limited to 8 weeks maximum, 6 weeks being the norm.

This product is not advisable for women at any dose due to virilizing side effects from the small amount of androgenic properties in Winstrol.
