The winter sports category, of course, falls under the sports section in the directory. The sports section has many sports listed under it, but this one stood out to me as I fanned through them. How many sports can you think of that occur during winter? At first I couldn’t think of a single one.

Then it occurred to me, snow boarding and skiing, came to my mind. When I think of sports I think of basketball or football and sometimes baseball, where all the players and teammates are out of the court or field just sweating because of the heat.
