Upload Photographs to Your Computer

The Eye-Fi Card can automatically deliver your photographs to your PC or Mac. The card will deliver your photos wirelessly to the folder of your choice and even arrange them in to sub-folders.

Your photos can only be delivered to the computer and folder you've chosen, so you don't have to worry about your photos going elsewhere, even if you're in a different wireless network. And, if you're a Mac user, you can choose to have your photos delivered directly into iPhoto for the best experience.

Upload Your Photographs to the Web

Sharing your memories with friends and family is now easier than ever. The Eye-Fi Card wirelessly connects to your home Wi-Fi network and uploads your pictures to your chosen photo sharing or social networking website. Behind the scenes, the Eye-Fi Service intelligently handles your photos, getting them to the site, taking care of log-ins and passwords, even re-sizing pictures when required. Photo uploads are secure, free and unlimited with Eye-Fi Share and Eye-Fi Explore.

Even when your computer is off, the Eye-Fi can use your wireless network to automatically send photos from the camera to the Web-based Eye-Fi Service. The Eye-Fi Service will then deliver images to a photo-sharing site and to your computer when it is eventually turned on.

Very interesting technology. I've heard of wireless cameras that can send the photos to a photo server that you set up and LATER upload to a computer, but a wireless SD card is definitely interesting. I have several SD card cameras and am definitely going to keep an eye out for that little piece of technology. Any idea if it works with SD Video Cameras?
