MooseJaw Brew Pub is the only microbrewery in all of Wisconsin Dells, and serves excellents brews (about ten on tap), pizzas, burgers, and other food. I was recently in the area and had to stop in for the place's summer special, the Apricot Ale. While I didn't taste much of the fruit itself, the ale was quite good. I also tried the place's ribs and they were quite decent- not fall-off-the-bone, perhaps, but nicely flavored with smoke and BBQ sauce.

MooseJaw is located in a northwoods-themed log cabin-style building. The company is Canadian-owned.

Here's a fun fact about the MooseJaw: the place is capable of brewing from 500-1000 gallons of beer per day! That's a whole lot of beer.

Incidentally, here are some of the place's beers served daily on tap:

Dells Chief Amber Ale- This is a medium bodied amber colored ale that is smooth, sweet and malty. (ABV 5%)

Light Lager- A lager light in color and crisp tasting. Smooth and no after taste. (ABV 4.5%)

Blonde Bock- A deep golden, medium bodied lager. Very sweet (ABV 6.8%)
