Reselling items on the auction house is one of the easiest ways to turn a profitin World of Warcraft. The best part is that you don't have to run around for hours on end trying to kill the same monsters over and over again.

The downside is that you'll actually have to do some homework. Here are 3 tips for sucessful auction reselling:

Supply and demand - reselling is all about the rules opf supply and demand. Successful resellers buy low and sell high, and they know when to buy and when to sell. You'll have to do your homework here and find out which items are the <b>rarest</b> and which items <b>sell the fastest</b>.
Quick turnover - items that sit on the auction house for days on end usually end up just taking up space. Professional resellers want to keep their inventory moving, so high ticket items that take days to move are generally ignored.
Lots of small profit - Once in a while you'll strike it big with an underpriced item, but more often than not your profits are going to be small but come quickly in large quantities.

Treasure Hunting

Treasure hunting isn't something a lot of players do, but it can result in a large amount of goldin a relatively short period of time; however, this requires dedication and patience.

What is treasure hunting? In the World of Warcraft there are dozens of hidden treasure chests waiting to be opened. some of them are quest specific, while others contain nothing but loot. A treasure huinter will go after all of the openable treasure chests in Azeroth, because they have a higher chance of containing rare items - items that sell at a much higher price on the auction house than other items.

There are really only two things you need to keep in mind while treasure hunting:

Areas level - you may be great at running from a fight, but if a chest is located in an area with a bunch of enemies that can kill you in one hit, it would be better for you to find another chest to open, lest you spend a good long while trying to find your body.
Chest locations - locating treasure chests is easy - just follow any World of Warcraft guide. Chests normally don't move from location to location, so you know where they are, all you have to do is be patient and wait for them to respawn when they've been opened.
