Woman - A Special Creation Of God ? How to Determine Beauty of a Woman

Someone has rightly said that ““ You do not love a woman because she is beautifulBut she seems beautiful to you because you love her “ That is what a woman is. Emotional, sensitive and tender. She is the one who forms the nucleus of family life. It is here that we find her in the role of a faithful beloved, a loyal wife, a loving mother, a caring daughter, an affectionate sister. Her devotion, her care, her sacrifice, her attention, her loyalty, her love plays an important role in the life of a man. Man, for whom a woman is made for.

Though women’s contribution to the society is more than that of man, very few recognize this. Is Society really respecting woman? Obviously no! No one still rejoices at her birth. She is still sold in the market for sexual pleasures. There are women who are still employed to give just a decorative look to the office. She is still burnt for the sake of Dowry. She is still killed through abortion in her mother’s womb itself. She is still raped everyday by man. More or less, she has become a commodity. Though, I must admit that there are men who encourage women to find their identities and thus help them to grow. But there are still men who fail to understand and appreciate the nobler and purer side of woman’s love. That was one form of woman.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.

For poise, walk with the knowledge you'll never walk alone.

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; Never throw out anybody. 

Remember, If you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the end of your arm.

As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.

The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.

The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole, but true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows, and the beauty of a woman with passing years only grows!

In India, change has come almost at the speed of light in the last 59 years of Independence. Especially in the case of woman. Equal rights and opportunities to all, irrespective of religion, sex or status were given. Women who were traditionally deprived of education and freedom grabbed every opportunity that came in the way and thus came out of their cage of bonded chains to fly higher and higher, even faster than men. Men however changed very slowly. They could not lose their ego and their birthright of traditional superiority. Even today, one will find men usually sticking up to their old role of earning and giving up all the other responsibilities to the woman.

Thus, woman, to some extent and in some way or the other, have become Donkeys of burden and are still not getting the status they actually and rightfully deserve.

Of course, women are changeable. She can be a mystery at times. She may be shy to confess her love for her man. At times, she can be too greedy to hurt the other woman. She can be a heartless mother to kill her own child in the womb itself. She may be a “Pathivartha” to do all the sacrifices for the family. She can be sweet or sour, soft or tough, faithful or faithless. She can make a man or ruin him. Thus, one may find a woman in many forms. After all, it takes all kinds of men and women to make this world.

Thus, however, she may be, women are after all women. Men may hate her or love her, he may win her or lose her, praise her or hurt her, respect her or ruin her, but he will never give her up. After all, without her, life is meaningless for a man. And don’t forget, there is a woman behind every successful man.
