As a man, I must admit that, I have not always treated women, with the greatest respect! In fact, in my earlier years, I was quite, mentally as well as, physically abusive to my partners. Although I grew up in a home of educated, financially secure parents, it was the 60's, and domestic violence, was not even a word, it is just something that was. So, I was raised in an atmosphere of violence, where the man is supreme, and the woman was, subservient, to his needs, and whims. Yet, today violence against women is at an all time high, as evidenced in the news, on a daily basis. Domestic violence is still prevalent, and now is even a part of adolescent relationships. Obviously there appears to be, great amounts of men walking around, lusting for women and children, and many of which, are willing to bring their fantasies to fruition, through kidnapping, bondage, rape, molestation, violence, and ultimately murder! Just look at the news, read the newspapers, or look on the internet, there is an epidemic of, crimes against women!

Since the inception of mankind, women have been looked at as inferior to men, since generally women are physically, inferior to men, in most cases. They have endured subservience, violence, rape, oral and mental abuse, and many indignities, that no man can truly understand. It really doesn't make sense to this writer why so many men, who came from women, look at them in such dysfunctional, and perverted ways! Like Tupac Shakur, the rapper said, "Why do we kill our women"?

There can be many underlying reasons for so many men having these sexual and mentally, dysfunctional attitudes. The main source is from the childhood ages, coming from dysfunctional homes, where parents (or parent), expose their children to any mirad of horrors. From the sexual, to violence, drug and alcohol usage, and just a lack of nutruring, and training as to what it takes, to be a worthwhile product to society, and not a menace. These children then grow into the monster's we have roaming the streets of America today, with no regard for the humanity of women, in any respect! Most times these are persons, who are frequently intoxicated, to allow for maximum deviant thoughts, and to block any thoughts of their own, nightmarish past, and lives!

There is nothing you can do to change the personalities of those person's who, have underlying mental issues, but there are things all women need to do and know, in order to survive in such a violent atmosphere. The first thing is think with your head, and not with your heart. In cases of violence, and murders against women, the number 1 suspect is usally someone close to the victim, and that is usally the boyfriend, or husband. You just can't jump into relationships with, just any old person! No matter how good they look to you, and how much you are attracted to them, approach every situation like, you think they are psycho's and you're just waiting for them to show it! This is why you can't act so infatuated with a man, in the very beginning, because you don't know who you are dealing with. With so much domestic violence occuring in America, it is safe to say, that there needs to be much more vigilant consideration, when deciding on a sexual partner, or mate. There are alot of nuts out there, and that's not something you need or want in your life! Besides too many people act as though, love affairs, are lifetime situations! If two people are together, and there comes a time when they realize it's not what they thought, then they must separate, and never let a man think he's got it like that, to do whatever he pleases, and you'll be there! You'll be sorry if you do, people do to you, what you allow them to think they, can do. Show them, I can love you, but you are not my father, nor my master, and I know how to get the appropriate authorities involved, if there is a problem! At the first sign of violence, it's best to end it there! Take it from a former abuser, it only gets worse, as the time progresses. After the first incident, they get worse, and worse! Don't even contemplate it, dial 911! Get him out of there, and file a restraining order, and discontinue any further contact. If he even so much as calls, file a report, which will put him in violation of the order, which most likely, means jail! In any event, he'll begin to realize that, you mean business, and that it probably is really over!

On the streets is a different matter! With so much pornagraphy, pedophilia, alcohol, drugs, violent, and ignorant programs, we are breeding in this society, a society of mental/sexual perverts! When as a women, you are out there in the streets, especially if you happen to be by yourself, stay on your toes! There's always somebody watching, always somebody waiting for you to let your guard down, to show your vulnerability! You've got to act as though you are on a battle ground, and that you and what you possess as a women, is what they want to capture, and possess. Never go in rough areas, on foot alone. Always walk with a purpose, and never engage strangers. If a vehicle pulls up on you, run like hell. I wouldn't recommend walking around in high heels, you've got to be prepared for any situation, and that's gonna take, running, and screaming! You've got to do whatever, to save your life! Always lock your doors, and windows, especially if you live on the first floor, or lower floors. Have a quality alarm system, with panic button installed! Always be aware of your surroundings, and have a plan in your mind, if some fool decides to try and grab you. Take some Martial Arts classes, get a taser, buy some mace, get a gun!

Men that perpetrate violence upon women, are cowards, but they are also mentally sick, so there's no need in thinking why is he doing these things, just understand that they do it! They seek out women because, they feel superior, women are smaller, and this is the mainstay of rape, control! It's not really about sex, it is to have possession and control over someone, something they are usally incapable of in ordinary life. Just because you are a woman, doesn't mean that, you have to walk around with a target on your, you know what!

I'm not going to get into a whole list of specifics, because in the few seconds it takes for someone to abduct you, you won't have near enough time, to consider options! You've got to be prepared to act on instinct! Remember you are in a war, and the prize that they are trying to attain, is right between your legs! Now it's your choice, exist like helpless sheep, or be as the lioness, supreme of her enviornment!
