How to Reduce or Control Diabetics

Diabetics can be reduced by lowering the amount of sugar content in blood and cholesterol there by reducing the heart attacks to a great extent. The heart related problems can be reduced by a strict diabetic control in case of any heart disease.

Obese people have diabetics in common. Increase in body weight and fat content deposition beyond permissible levels leads to high intake of insulin hormones for proper routine functions. The glucose content steadily increases in body when the supply of glucose is disturbed by asterism glands. Diabetics is common in pot-bellied people from Kerala.

The adherence to a strict diet and scientific diet measures will lead to control over diabetics. There has been no control over the enormous amount of soft drinks consumed by school students. We need to start the strict food and diet regime from child hood onwards. Regular exercise should be practiced on daily basis. We should be aware of the symptoms of diabetics and regular check up of glucose levels in blood should be done. This will suffice enough for controlling diabetics.

Causes / Reason for Diabetics

There are many risky factors which lead to diabetics. Overweight, lack of exercises, irregular food habits, old age, heavy cholesterol and pressure, heredity, post delivery diabetics are the once which makes a person diabetic.

Effects of Diabetics

The reasons for the demise of diabetic patients are heart disease, kidney malfunctions and heavy blood pressure. Diabetics can lead to heavily complicated health issues.80% of diabetic patients die due to heart related diseases. The chances of heart attack for diabetic patients are four times more than normal people.

The after effect of diabetics leads to deposition of cholesterol in blood which leads to improper function of heart, eyes, kidney, nervous system and valves. Improper growth of cells leads to the thickening and weakening of all valves. The inner radius of blood vessels is reduced due to the constant deposition of fat units. The inner radius of coronary arteries, which cherish the heart muscles, are closed which leads to improper blood circulations causing heart attack. Similarly the lack of blood flow to brain, kidneys and eyes lead to complications. The patients who opts for ‘dialysis’ from kidney failure consists of mainly diabetic effected patients.

The diabetic patients are not aware of the symptoms during peak hear attack stage mostly which occur without chest pain, the reason being rupture of ‘autonomic nervous system’ covering the heart. The slow down of nervous system leads to the ignorance of the intensity of chest pain showing the breathing difficulty, nausea feel, fatigue and stomachache symptoms. Similarly the death rates in diabetic patients due to heart attacks are found to be very high. The rupture of heart cells is seen more in diabetic patients compare to non-diabetic. The coronary arteries of diabetic patients won’t be suitable for angioplasty and bypass surgery.
