I love my bar mod, auctioneer, and map note addons. These and a few others make certain parts of the game much easier. One note - some addons don't play well with others and/or are a bit buggy.
I suggest reading the reviews and adding them one at a time to make sure they work.
Meanwhile, after a hard day of grinding, wouldn't you love to eat some real life WoW food? Say, "Arrr!"
