I like these chicken wings served with carrot and celery sticks and served with Bleau Cheese Dressing. You may like them that way and you may be one of those people that thinks that ranch dressing goes on chicken wings and everything else. Let me know what you think. You Will Need For Your, Worlds Best Chicken Wings Recipe

1. One 5 Pound Bag Of Chicken Wing Drumettes, ( Not Breaded )

2. One Medium Bowl With 4 Well Neaten Eggs and 1 Quart Milk Well Beaten Up Together.

3. Breading Mix made of 2 Cups Plain Flour, 1 Cup Self Rising Flour, 1 Tablepoon Self Rising Corn Meal, 1 Teasppon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper. Mix all your breading mix together well in a large bowl.

4. For your BBQ Sauce you will need

A, 2 Tablespoons Melted Margarine

B. 1/2 Cup Ketchup

C. 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar

D. 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

E. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper

Mix A-E in a sauce pan and cook for 30-45 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.

You need a heavy duty sauce pan with vegetable oil in it. Dip a few chicken wings at a time into the milk and egg mixture. Then dip into the breading mix and back into the milk and egg and then back into the breading mix, Fry yor chicken wings until done and place all your fried wings into a large bowl. When you have all your chicken wings fried pour your BBQ sauce you made above over the chicken wings and stir well. Serve your chicken wings with celery and carrot sticks and Bleau Cheese Dressing.
