For Your Recipe You Will Want.

1. 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef.

2. 1/2 Cup Fine Italian Bread Crumbs.

3. 1 Large Egg Very Well Beaten.

4. 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce.

5. 1 Teaspoon Ground Sea Salt.

6. 1 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

7. 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Garlic.

8. 1/2 Cup Orange Marmalade.

9. 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce.

10. 2 Tablespoons Fine Ground Onion.

You want to place all your ingredients into a large bowl and mix very well. Now take your hands and form into meatballs about the size of a pecan. Spray a large baking pan with vegetable cooking spray and place your meatballs on the baking pan. Bake your meatballs in a 350 degree pre heated oven for approximately 30 minutes .

1. 1/3 Cup Of Orange Marmalade.

2. 1/3 Cup Orange Juice.

3. 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce.

4. 2 Tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard.

5. 1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic.

Combine all your orange sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer to keep warm and stir often. As soon as your meatballs are done and in a large bowl pour your sauce over them. I guarantee you that you have just created the worlds best meatballs.
