Worlds Best Peanut Butter Cookies

Here is a very simple but very good Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

1 Cup Of Peanut Butter Crunchy or Smooth

1 Cup Of Graunulated Sugar

2 Tablespoons Of Flour

1 Large Egg

Mix all the ingredients together very well in a large bowl. You will want a dark not shiny cookie pan to bake these in. Once you have the ingredients throughly mixed take one spoon full at a time and drop it by the tablespoon full onto a greased dark cookie sheet and after you have dropped the pan full of the batter take a fork and press down on the top of each ball of cookie dough both ways to make the marks like those on the cookies in the photo below. Bake each batch of cookies in a preheated 375 degree oven until the cookies are golden brown. This makes some of the best Peanut Butter Cookies you will ever eat.

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream sugar, shortening & peanut butter. Beat in egg & vanilla. Stir dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture. Break off dough the size of your thumb. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Pat with fork making criss cross marks. Bake for 10-12 minutes, slightly longer if using air bake type pans. Cool slightly before removing from sheet. This recipe is from the video below.
