The other day I was trawling though the top 50 Apps on my iPod Touch and was surprised to find that there was not one for Hub Pages. A well thought out Hub Pages App would, in my opinion, make the life of Hubbers around the world much easier. It would save me from having to be strapped to my desk in order to publish a post and check my stats. I would like to suggest what I feel the app should feature, in the hope that someone out there will pick up the gauntlet. My wish list includes:

• Live ‘Hubtivity’ Updates – Ideally this would feature on the home screen and refresh every couple of seconds – This would mean we could keep up to date with the latest comments, answer requests and friends.
• Hub Traffic Statistics – This would allow the user to check out their current page view stats. If you’re like me and need to know every ten minutes this would be a very popular feature.
• Adsense Statistics – This would tie in Adsense stats allowing the user to check their current earnings. Again I'm slightly obsessed with logging into Google to check the minuscule increase in revenue from my Hub’s.
• Create a new Hub – Inevitably this app would not be complete without the option to publish a new Hub. This would need to be a simple and quick process for it to be successful, but would allow Hubbers to publish on-the-go and make long commutes much more productive!
• Idea Bank – Need inspiration? An Idea Bank link or cloud would help get the writing juices flowing.
• Live Chat – Providing the option to chat with Hub Pages friends would allow Hubbers around the world to keep in touch on the go.
• Hub Promotion – Linked In with my Facebook and Twitter account would make Hub promotion nice and easy on the go.

Unfortunately I posses neither the talent nor the time to create such an app, so could someone please take up where I have left off . . Lets make it happen!!
